The Garden Mall gồm 3 tầng tất cả tổng diện tích sàn trên 24.000m2, vào đó diện tích kinh doanh 13.000 m2 với nhiều tiện ích, dịch vụ, trong đó gồm cả bên hát Théatre de Cho
Lon. Nhiều thương hiệu ẩm thực, cài đặt sắm, giải trí lớn cũng đã đổ về đây.
Chiều ngày 10.10, khung cảnh vắng lặng, yên ắng bao phủ cả tòa nhà khi nơi đây cửa đóng then cài. Tất cả những gian hàng, cửa mặt hàng đã đóng cửa chỉ còn lại duy nhất Coop Food hoạt động. Để ngăn người lạ vào tòa nhà, chủ đầu tư cũng triển khai các bảo vệ túc trực ở đây. Bên cạnh ra, chủ đầu tư cũng đóng kín đáo các cửa và đến giăng dây.

Năm 2015, Tập đoàn Vạn Thịnh phân phát đã trả tất việc download lại dự án này cùng tên mới The Garden Mall bao gồm thức được công bố vào trong ngày 3.11.2017.
Khi dịch Covid-19 xảy ra, chủ đầu tư đã cùng với UBND tp.hồ chí minh cải tạo phần lầu 1 và 2 của tòa công ty thành bệnh viện dã chiến với quy mô 1.000 giường để tiếp nhận bệnh nhân. 1.000 giường bệnh chỉ được cải tạo ở khu vực vực trung chổ chính giữa thương mại, không tương quan đến những căn hộ ở 3 tòa tháp.

The construction of Thuan Kieu Plaza was started in 1994 & completed in 1998 in an area of 10,000 m2. The buildings have 33 floors & a total floor area of 100,000 m2. Located in Hong Bang Street – one of the main street in trung quốc Town, District 5, Ho chi Minh City, the buildings were expected khổng lồ be a crowded shopping, entertainment và cultural complex.
However, the buildings had been no residents because of the inappropriate house design và the shopping centers had only a few stores due lớn lack of customers. There are lots of mysterious stories about Thuan Kieu Plaza including there have been ghosts around the buildings. In 2015, Thuan Kieu Plaza was bought by An Dong Investment Join Stock Company owned by Van Thinh Phat Group Corporation, then rehabilitated. On 3rd November 2017, the grand opening of The Garden Mall at the podiums of the buildings was announced.

Inspire by both Eastern and Western cultures, the building is a set of traditional and modern architectures. The buildings were painted green, concrete and alabaster walls were removed, glass walls and new elevators were installed. The facade of the podiums are decorated with models of bamboo trees. The mall has a new coat in green màu sắc – the màu sắc of life, nature, renewal, và energy, this màu sắc has the meanings of growth, fertility, harmony, freshness, và environment.
